Since the moon is white and the "curly Q's" in the patterned paper were sparkly white, I wanted to make the moon sparkle too. Glitter alone would have been too translucent; I first coloured the moon with a white gel pen. It dried immediately, allowing me to apply glitter glue and the glitter right away.
