A Winter Birthday
I've had this "gelly" Happy Birthday in my stash for quite some time. It's orange colour was the perfect match to the stripe in this patterned paper, so I thought I would make a winter themed birthday card. You'd be surprised how many ready made embellishments work well with the Spellbinder Fancy Tag dies. I coloured the hat with markers and clear embossed it for a a silky finish.
