The Smallest of Scraps

I first embossed a square on the card front using a Spellbinder die, to create a frame for the 5 hearts.

Peace on Earth

This card and the next two dozen cards that follow will incorporate various ways to use embossing folders and new dies. I believe that these are the two most popular product lines at this time. I cut a strip of a piece of embossed paper for one element of this card design.

A circular cut out allowed me to create the illusion of a hanging heart, adding movement to the design.

Layering Stamped Images

Doubling Die Cuts

I made two die cuts of the same size out of two different pieces of patterned paper and cut off the bottom third of the "solid" one to create a space to stamp my sentiment. When layered, the pieces fit together perfectly.

My Favourite Card Design--Again

You may find this card design familiar, since I used it to create a birthday card some time back. I took the opportunity to use the smallest of my Hallowe'en paper scraps to make a holiday version of the card.
