Distress Glitter on Die Cut Words

Just another idea for using glitter on die cuts.  Fired Brick was used for "merry" and Antique Linen was used for "holiday".

Martha Stewart Glitter VS Distress Glitter

Once again, I made two cards, comparing two types of glitter.  The Distress glitter, used on the bottom card, is complimentary to the My Mind's Eye patterned paper.

Making Memories VS Distress Glitter

Here I've compared one type of glitter to another.  The Making Memories glitter has a more contemporary feel to it, while the Distress Glitter has a more "sugary" look to it.  The Distress Glitter compliments more of the current patterned paper that have a vintage look to them.  Also, the Distress Glitter can be inked with the Distress Inks, as I have done here in the second card, using Vintage Photo ink on the edges of the pumpkins.

Glitter, Double Sided Tape and Patterned Paper

Though I'm comfortable with the results, this is evidence that glitter (in this case, Distress) does not cover heavily enough to hide the pattern of a paper when using double sided adhesive.
